Summary:

Corporate Real Estate is seeking a Director - Relationship Management that will represent internal business clients on corporate real estate strategies, transactions and projects. Represent business issues into Corporate Real Estate planning process, determine needs and convene appropriate resources and process needed to support business requirement. Requires interaction with senior executives, development of long term real estate strategies to support business growth. Develop city and market strategies and workplace strategies including location, design and demographic analysis which are incorporated into portfolio plans. Manage outside brokerage resources on lease negotiations, site acquisition and disposition transactions. Work closely with internal and external legal counsel on contract negotiations.

Manage diverse set of cross functional teams in order to execute on key responsibilities. Manage and direct extended real estate team resources to support analysis, planning and implementation. Move into support role working with Design and Construction project managers to complete restacking, space planning and construction projects. Develop and coordinate financial analysis, business content for investment approvals associated with key real estate strategies. Write business case and manage governance and approval process according to policy. Requires management of cross-functional teams including close coordination with IT, HR and Global Finance on behalf of shared internal client. Develop solutions and influence senior management on real estate recommendations.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Client Management: 2- 5 years

Corporate Real Estate Experience - 5 years

Transaction Management: 3 - 5 years

Program Management in Corporate 3 - 5 years

Preferred:

Masters Degree

Client Management: 5 years

Corporate Real Estate Experience - 5 - 10 years

Program Management in Real Estate Field 3 - 5 years

2 years experience working in a matrixed environment
