Description
This high profile HR position will partner with senior leadership and other HR professionals to provide organizational and job design expertise. Lead local strategy development by having a seat at the table with the business. Implement and coach on all performance management and talent management. Be the driving force and the beacon in HR in change management. Assist in mission/vision creation, intervention and conflict resolution, executive/team integration and assimilation, executive coaching and relationship management. Implement talent management tools designed for determining performance and potential.

- Provide HR support as the chief people officer for various LOBs
- Deliver strategic HR consulting to business clients
- Manage the delivery and acceptance of core HR processes (Associate Engagement, Career Development, Performance Management, Staffing, Leadership Development, Change Management, etc.) across client areas
- Work with senior leaders of client groups to resolve HR related issues and design the customized people strategy to support the growth of the business
- Partner with core HR functions (training, associate relations, etc.) on exempt and non-exempt issues
- Own the strategy and execution of key HR processes across client areas

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree
- 5 Years experience in a Generalist Human Resources Role

Preferred Qualifications:

- Masters Degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology or Communications
- 7 Years experience in Human Resources as a Generalist or in Client Consulting
- 5 Years experience in Previous experience in a specific HR related field (Comp/Benefits, Leadership Development, etc.)
- 1 Year experience in General Business
- 2 Years experience in Project management
