Summary:
Under limited supervision, manages the Deposit Operations Services of the Bank; establishes and monitors Deposit Operations Services standards to protect the bank from unnecessary losses and risk, and ensures proper quality management within operational areas of responsibility. This position is responsible for monitoring Division compliance with operating and security procedures and applicable regulations; develops and implements deposit operations customer service and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Leads the performance of a team responsible for a specific element of the business, Requirements include managing a budget, achieving business goals, performance management, staffing plan development, and development of long term business goals/vision.
- Designs, develops, implements, and monitors internal operating procedures and controls that provide acceptable levels of safety to bank assets; establishes and monitors overall operating standards to ensure that departments utilize sound operating procedures
- Oversees department quality service standards and performance goals.
- Coordinates department facilities and equipment maintenance upgrades consistent with the banks business plan.
- Develops, implements, and monitors overall department security processes to provide reasonable safety to bank employees and assets.
- Works with Audit department to ensure regulatory compliance
- Acts as a liaison between Department and Branch Management and Corporate Staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or five years of related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of customer service/operations experience.
- At least 2 years of operations supervision/management in financial services with knowledge of bank operations and security policies, practices, and procedures.
