Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise Analytical platform & engineering team consisting of Teradata, SAS and other analytical platforms
- Accountable for setting the technology roadmap, overall team objectives, creating business cases and leading very large infrastructure initiatives
- Partner with architecture teams, operations and technology vendors in setting and implementing the roadmap
- Accountable for meeting or exceeding the platform SLAs and maximize value and satisfaction of our customers.
- Measures and tracks performance of team. Leads teams to enhance performance and achieve targets. Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Accountable for meeting security policies and guidelines, comply with audit requirements, documentation and patching.
- Responsible for long term capacity management, lifecycle management and satisfy the need of internal business projects
- Manage overall platform & labor budget
- Vendor management and manage outsourced labor

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree

Work Experience:
- Leading very large analytical Data platform and engineering team
- Experience managing complex infrastructure initiatives such as technology refresh, upgrades, capacity expansion on platforms such as Teradata and SAS
- Experience leading new technology evaluation, creating business case for new initiatives, platform cost savings & optimization
- Knowledge / experience with latest Analytical platform trends in the area of Big Data, Visual analytics, predictive analytics
