We are currently looking for a Compensation Director to focus on strategic priorities within our Shared Services Compensation function. In this role, you will be responsible for setting and delivering a strategic agenda on corporate pay and compensation infrastructure initiatives, considering HR priorities, business needs, industry best practices, and emerging market trends.
The specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of analysts and project/process managers to develop and deliver annual corporate pay programs, to include merit, promotion, benchmarking, competitive market assessments, annual corporate incentive targets, and major redesign of corporate programs, as needed;
- Influencing senior leadership when major adjustment to design and approach are needed to stay ahead of emerging need/trends;
- Contracting larger scale programs with HR leadership (prioritization, timing, resources, budget, etc.);
- Building a resource plan to support the agenda defined and socializing the prioritization of work with Compensation and HR leadership to gain buy-in;
- Coordinating and collaborating on programs across LOB Comp Leads; providing core benchmarking and competitive assessment services to LOB Compensation Leads; and,
- Resolving escalated design and pay matters on ad hoc pay work.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience in Compensation Administration or Consultation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Human Resources
- CCP - Certified Compensation Professional
- 10 Years of experience in Incentive Plan Design or Compensation Consultation
