Description
Responsibilities:
- Defining our go-to-market strategy for multi-cultural marketing
- Driving product development, marketing strategy, and communications for major launches and tests through multiple marketing channels
- Day-to-day management of our external agency partners
- Defining the customer experience and ensuring it meets the needs of our targets and lives up to our Brand promise.
- Working closely with our research team on customer, competitive and industry tracking as it relates to your marketing strategy
- Leading projects, cross-functional teams and tasks associated with strategy and in-market execution.
- Managing input from all stakeholders (lines of business, creative development, legal, compliance, etc.) when developing recommended strategies.
- Influencing internal decision makers with formal recommendations and informal networking.
- Analyzing market research and in-market test results, and partner with vendors

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 10 years experience in multi-channel marketing delivery and communications, including direct response marketing
- 3 years experience in online marketing including experience in SEM, SEO, and remarketing
- 10 years experience in managing creative teams and agencies
- 10 years experience in leading cross-functional teams
- 10 years experience in managing advertising agency relationships.
- 10 years experience in planning, execution, and analysis of marketing programs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Proven ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively
- Proven ability to drive execution
- Proven ability to influence through effective communication, and to build and foster trust across functional groups
