Jobing Description

Synopsis:Provides support for the federal government on a fee for service or billable hour basis. Responsible for Management of the Government Security Administration function through subordinate supervisors/managers. Manages all aspects of the DoD, DoE or other industrial security program or specialized security activities, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Reviews and investigates non-compliance issues. Responsible for development or implementation of security procedures in support of federal government contracts. Responsible for creating and or implementation of operational security plans in support of programs. May perform risk analysis in support of the future or current security plans. Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and discipline of assigned employees. Minimum of ten years in a DoD, DoE or other industrial security program and in-depth knowledge of the DoD, DoE or other government security regulatory manual. Customer certification; lifestyle polygraph. Experience must include supervision/management experience. Required education, skills and experience: Bachelors degree and at least 7 years experience or at least 10 years experience in program, physical, Personnel and site security. TS/SCI clearance is required to begin work.Experience must include previous management/supervision of personnel. Required clearance: TS/SCI Desired: Experience as DoD Facility Security Officer.
