Position Description:
Positions in this function include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. At senior levels, function may include supervision of other clerical/administrative staff.

Skills / Requirements
Requirements:
- 1+ year of Direct Customer Service experience in a professional office setting such as a physician's office or insurance office
- Intermediate MS Office skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- 2+ years previous receptionist experience handling up to 20 incoming lines
- High School diploma/GED
Assets:
- Previous experience working in a hospice care environment highly preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills are required with the ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
