Marketing Database Analyst -- Apply your database problem-solving skills


We are seeking a self-motivated individual with SQL skills who can hit the ground running for our Marketing Database Analyst opening in Reston, VA. In this growth-oriented position, you would become the subject matter expert on our customer data, making a direct impact on sales and marketing.

The candidate will participate in a team of analysts that will support targeted sales and marketing campaigns through list management, audience selection and customer profiling/analysis. The candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and product managers to understand their data needs as they develop new products, campaigns or sales efforts.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree OR a high school diploma with at least 2 years of equivalent experience


• 
  
  1+ year SQL experience
  


• 
  
  1+ year Data Analyst experience
  


• 
  
  1+ year experience and Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  

Assets:

• 
  
  Healthcare Industry experience
  


• 
  
  Experience using marketing metrics (ROI, etc)
  


• 
  
  Experience working as a team/project lead or coordinator
  


• 
  
  Candidate must have superior analytical and problem solving skills, strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
