We're looking for an outstanding Creative Director to oversee a high-caliber team and drive digital online, email and direct mail creative strategies for our Rewards program. Responsibilities:
- Establish and own the creative direction of marketing materials for assigned business group. Develop and execute email, online and direct mail creative strategy. Collaborate with marketing strategy and business team to help formulate marketing strategy and influence production.
- Manage art director/copywriter creative teams. Manage and influence budget decisions. Recommend appropriate vendors and creative resources. Manage vendors when necessary.
- Manage capacity to ensure workflow matches allocated creative associates per team. Prioritize work and manage creative capacity.
- Develop associates and perform administrative tasks.
- Manage up to 3 people
Your Work
- Experience with corporate online and email marketing
- Experience with corporate direct mail marketing
- Experience with B2C marketing and strategy development
- Know a good headline and call to action
- Instinctively identify and apply compelling imagery
- Consistently deliver quality work on time
- Produce irresistible creative

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of experience in the direct marketing/advertising industry
- 5+ years of experience in developing communications for a variety of media and background in marketing, graphic design or copywriting
- 2+ years of experience in a creative development supervisory role
- 5+ years of experience in Organizing and managing multiple projects with overlapping schedules and deadlines; prioritizing projects and directing work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or Graphic Design
- Direct Marketing certification
- 10+ Years of experience in Direct marketing/advertising industry
- 10+ Years of experience in Developing communications for a variety of media and background in marketing, graphic design or copywriting
