Jobing Description

The candidate is expected to demonstrate the following:
-Regularly and effectively directs the activities of less experienced staff by teaching new skills, sharing technical knowledge, and guiding staff through to successful task completion. Also serves as a role model by helping less experienced staff navigate the

Lewin corporate culture, and modeling desired corporate citizenship.

-Has a proven track record of successfully identifying, structuring, and implementing appropriate qualitative and/or quantitative procedures for analyzing information of increasing complexity; consistently completes analytic tasks with minimal supervision.
-Has demonstrated that he/she can critically evaluate all relevant data sources, identify the strengths and weaknesses in each, and make recommendations based on data.
-Has produced and effectively organized the content and format of minor reports/analyses and of chapters or sections of major reports/analyses.
-Demonstrates and has begun to be recognized internally for expertise in one or more specialty areas.
-Is trusted by clients as a professional (i.e., is respected by client for knowledge and abilities); shows appropriate respect and deference in client interactions; demonstrates a consistent attitude and orientation of client service.
-Has undertaken and successfully managed medium-to-large project tasks, including oversight of quality, schedule, and hours budgets.


Should be conversant with health policy issues, federal health clients is a plus: e.g. Medicare, Medicaid, health reform, payment reform, quality measurement, etc.

Skills / Requirements

Masters degree and 2-5 years experience; strong analytic skills; intermediate MS Excel, knowledge of SAS or other statistical software and experience analyzing adminsirative claims and /or other Health data strongly preferred.
