Overview

We are actively seeking a Construction Manager in our Blacksburg, VA office.

Responsibilities

* Administration of multiple construction contracts.
* Coordination with clients, contractors, inspection staff, design staff and public.
* Management and over site of inspection staff on multiple projects.
* QA/QC management and over site.
* Assist with proposal preparation

Qualifications

*
Minimum 10-15 years construction administration/ construction inspection experience on water, wastewater treatment plant and general construction.

* Experience with all duties associated with the administration of multiple prime construction contracts.
* Word, Excel skills required; Micro Soft Project, Primavera, or other scheduling software skills preferred
* Good, proactive communications skills for interaction with inspection staff, contractors, clients, government personnel and the general public.
