Our Clinical Supervisors function as the lead for a defined Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).

As a Clinical Supervisor with Capital Caring, you will be responsible for:

* Day-to-day triage of the IDT activities of accepting referrals, assuring timely admissions, assigning patients to the appropriate team members and monitoring patient care as ordered on the interdisciplinary plan of care
* Leading IDT meetings and supervising and supporting clinical staff through evaluation and field supervisory visits
* Assuring ongoing development of the teams clinical skills
* Assuring quality care and compliance with state and federal regulations, CHAP accreditation standards, and the organization s policies and procedures

As a Clinical Supervisor with Capital Caring, you will have:

* Current RN license
* RN from NLN accredited nursing program. BSN strongly preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year Hospice/Home Health experience.
* 4 - 5 years of med surgical, oncology or home health experience preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year management experience preferred.
