Description
As part of the Treasury Production and Data Management Team, the Business Systems Analyst/Reporting Specialist is responsible for managing and developing reports, reporting tools, database changes and/or developing new databases, and providing additional automation to Treasury processes.

Responsibilities include:

- Define, design, test and implement reports that are requested (as part of business requirements)
- Manage and lead data-related projects to support Treasury applications
- Understand and document business requirements
- Create task lists and estimates of the level of effort involved for assigned projects
- Adhere to appropriate change control processes
- Identify automation opportunities within existing processes and participate in solutions development
- Work with Treasury department, and other business areas as necessary, to continually fine-tune and calibrate new processes against business requirements and regulatory needs

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in SSIS, SSRS, writing SQL queries and developing complex reports
- Data analysis experience
- Project management fundamentals and Business Systems Analysis and Design methodology
- Knowledge of financial principles and capital markets instruments
- Experience designing new applications and/or developing interfaces for use with different types of systems

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's Degree
- Knowledge of different portfolio types (such as Bank Loans, Mortgage Banking, Auto Loans, Investments, Deposits, Debts, Borrowings, Securitization) and behaviors with relation to interest rate risk, funds transfer pricing and other issues facing Treasury
- Prior experience with Treasury applications (QRM, Murex, Polypaths, Bloomberg, Summit)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Effective communication, collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability to integrate business knowledge and analytical insight to develop automated solutions to improve processes
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a lead role, as project manager, or as a team contributor on development efforts
- Comfortable establishing relationships and performing in an ambiguous environment
- PM, BSA, and Technical lead experience
- Advanced application development skills using a variety of different tools
