Branch Experience and Elements Design, Sr Manager-712786

Description
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead development the physical branch experience design, from organizing principles to finish specification, in accordance with the needs and requirements of a cross-functional team of stakeholders and partners.
- Define our game changing approach to branch layout and design, including multiple location formats and sizes, in a way that reflects the company's brand mission and personality
- Develop, test and implement design concepts that provide a pleasant and engaging customer experience while also enabling superior service and supporting product sales
- Deliver a cost-effective, scalable branch design standards and practices that deliver consistent results over a broad variety of formats and physical configurations.
- Develop interior/exterior signage standards and determine the most appropriate way to incorporate these into our branch design
- Support colleagues and partners in the assessment and remediation of design and technical issues that arise during or after construction
- Provide professional services and expert advice to internal partners, including research, customer experience, feasibility analysis, and advisory support
- Partner with Branch Care and Transformation team to develop and direct design changes for branch refurbishments
- Manage partnerships and relationships with external vendors and architects
- Monitor industry trends and advances in building systems to ensure costs savings and technological improvements are incorporated into our branch prototype

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications

7+ years of financial services or retail environments design

Degree in architecture or interior design

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral

Previous experience with leading and managing large programs, with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects

Basic Qualifications

5+ years retail design experience

Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
