Supports the Front Office Manager in being responsible for all services and procedures relating to Front Office and Telephone Department. Assists in training, developing and coaching the team to four diamond standards. Responsible for coordination of all Front Office Operations with other departments to ensure maximum service and efficiency for hotel guests. 3 years experience in Front Desk operations. Supervisory skills including strong follow up and attention to details. Team Motivator Dynamic Managerial Skills including highly developed sense of organization. Excellent communication skills on all levels. Available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends. Highly developed people skills and very high service standards. Highly developed computer skills.
Requirements
Atleast two (2) years previous experience as a Assistant Front Office Manager in a four diamond, four star hotel. Excellent communication skills. Supervisory skills including strong follow up and attention to details. Team Motivator Dynamic Managerial Skills including highly developed sense of organization. Excellent communication skills on all levels. Available to work days, evenings, nights and weekends. Highly developed people skills and very high service standards. Highly developed computer skills.nowledgeable with computer systems. Understanding of guest expectations in a four diamond rating.
