GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for supervising the Accounts Payable associates and Accounts Payable transaction processing. Manage performance through open communication & dialogue; Prepare and process banking transaction file process; Prepare & approve all payment runs; Reconcile the monthly P-Card statement. Review daily ACH Positive Pay file; Prepare manual check information; Prepare monthly intransit report; Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proven ability to successfully lead others; Create an environment of collaboration & teamwork; Knowledge of basic accounting concepts; Strong computer skills including Excel & Word; Analytical skills; Organizational skills; Self-management; Timely response and follow-through will be key.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required; 1-2 years of Supervisory experience required; Minimum 2-3 years experience in accounting or related field.
